The Bishopston Society 

We have no objection to this application from the planning point of view, primarilybecause it has no adverse impact to the street elevation and no impact to the amenity ofneighbours at the rear. However, we would question the logic of carrying out so much buildingwork to create one additional bedroom whilst at the same time leaving the ground floor as asomewhat confused arrangement with what is effectively an internal living room.
