Dr Michael Eyres 1 LOGAN ROAD BRISTOL   SUPPORT

I'd like to support this application as being a suitable and positive local development.I can see it will enhance the character of the street by being in keeping with the style and feel ofthe current buildings. It looks well designed and I think will add value to the community.

Ms Emma Dures 43 CORNWALL ROAD BRISTOL   SUPPORT

I support this application. It is in keeping with the surrounding buildings and shouldenhance the property. I can see that other similar houses have undertaken similarextension/conversions, and they look great.

Mr Khalid Khan 35 NEVIL ROAD BRISTOL   SUPPORT

Mr Gavin Spittlehouse 7 BERKELEY ROAD, BISHOPSTON, BRISTOL, BRISTOL BS7 8HF   SUPPORT

This is sensible use of space with minimal impact, which I would support.

Ms Jayne Prior 41 BERKELEY RD BISHOPSTON BRISTOL   SUPPORT

Many houses on that part of the road have been developed in this way and thisdevelopment will therefore fit in well. The design will blend well other developments and willenhance the street.

Mr Jorge Sved 43 CORNWALL ROAD BRISTOL   SUPPORT

As a resident in the area I have no objection to this extension as it will not affect thecharacter of the building or the street, and if anything, it will blend these two properties better withthe surrounding properties which are taller.

In a time when there is a shortage of housing in the UK, adding habitable space to existingproperties and allowing more people to live together in a single house, is a great way to reduce theneed for new-build houses elsewhere.

Dr Kate Hawkey 104 EGERTON ROAD BRISTOL   SUPPORT

This planning proposal is in line with similar plans which have been granted in the localarea. It will improve the look of both houses and bring them in keeping with taller houses in thestreet. It will also provide additional accommodation at a time of housing shortage nationally. I fullysupport the application.

Mr Rupert Higgins 28 EGERTON ROAD BISHOPSTON BRISTOL   SUPPORT

I wish to register my support for this application, which in my opinion is well-designedand will increase cohesion with adjoining properties and contribute to the general appearance ofthe road.

Mr Kevin Goodenough 96 BERKELEY ROAD BISHOPSTON BRISTOL   SUPPORT

It is evident that careful thought has been put into this application, but I would make twoobservations;1. There appears to be an error on the ground floor plan of No.91 where the Study is shownwithout a window or a door into the kitchen.2. There is no drainage shown from the proposed new loft bathroom.

Otherwise I note that the applicants were encouraged to make a joint application, as the design isonly acceptable if both houses are extended. Presumably if consent is granted there will be aplanning condition imposed that ensures that both extensions are built at the same time.
